Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were good, near restaurants, which was a positive. However, the rooms were too hot initially, leading me to move due to no air conditioning control. The property seemed a bit outdated compared to its former glory.
The hotel was perhaps incredible in its hay day, but was a little shabby now. However, the room was really good, spacious, with the only minor improvements suggested being upgrading the carpet and having a larger shower. The location was a bit rough in appearance, but quite convenient being not far from the city center and easily accessible by train. The service was awesome, with extremely helpful and welcoming staff.
The hotel is located in a big building with businesses and other apartments. The rooms looked old and outdated, and the initial room was uncomfortably hot at 26 degrees with no way to adjust the air conditioning. The service was professional and helpful, although my stay was slightly marred by the room temperature issue. The dining experience was decent with a variety of Italian options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
